Zenag Fried Egg On Toast

Ingredients:
  • 1 x ZENAG JUMBO EGG 780g
  • 1 x piece of bread – toasted
  • 1 x teaspoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup spinach or silver beet or watercress
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil, pepper
Procedure:
  • Spread 1 toasted bread with butter or margarine.
  • Top with ½ cup spinach or silver beet or water cress.
  • Fry the Zenag Egg in the fry pan over medium heat until cooked to your liking.
  • Top the fried egg over the greens (silver beet or spinach or water cress).
  • Sprinkle with pepper & Salt.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 1
