- 1 x ZENAG JUMBO EGG 780g
- 1 x piece of bread – toasted
- 1 x teaspoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup spinach or silver beet or watercress
- 1/4 teaspoon oil, pepper
- Spread 1 toasted bread with butter or margarine.
- Top with ½ cup spinach or silver beet or water cress.
- Fry the Zenag Egg in the fry pan over medium heat until cooked to your liking.
- Top the fried egg over the greens (silver beet or spinach or water cress).
- Sprinkle with pepper & Salt.
