- 3 x ZENAG JUMBO EGGS 780g
- 4 Slices of Bread
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
- Beat the Zenag eggs, milk and salt together until well blended.
- Heat the oil or butter a frypan until it is hot.
- Dip slices of bread quickly into the Zenag Egg mixture, coating both sides. Do not soak bread.
- Fry soaked egg bread 1-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
