Zenag French Toast

Zenag French Toast

  • 3 x ZENAG JUMBO EGGS 780g
  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
  • Beat the Zenag eggs, milk and salt together until well blended.
  • Heat the oil or butter a frypan until it is hot.
  • Dip slices of bread quickly into the Zenag Egg mixture, coating both sides. Do not soak bread.
  • Fry soaked egg bread 1-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
Preparation Time: 6 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 4
